Please note that for all reservations made before 18:00, your table will be reserved for you for a maximum of 2.5 hours.

Our outdoor area is covered and weatherproof. Please understand that reservations for the outdoor area are therefore always made in the outdoor area and that no table is reserved in the indoor area. The indoor area is air-conditioned in hot temperatures.

Reservation Policy:

1. If you are late or cannot keep your reservation, please call us in good time. Please note that we can hold reserved tables for a maximum of 15 minutes after the start of your reservation time.

2. In the event of changes to the number of people reserved, please also inform us of these changes in good time. 3. Please understand that a bill split (splitting the bill per person) is no longer possible from a reservation size of 8 people due to time constraints.

4. Please note that for all reservations made before 18:00, your table is reserved for you for a maximum reservation time of 2.5 hours. This rule does not apply if you have made a different arrangement by telephone.

5. We guarantee you a table in the desired area. Please understand, however, that exact table requests cannot always be realised.

6. if you do not agree with our reservation conditions, please inform us immediately at office@fishery-steffan.at.
